Valleydale Road Interchange Improvements

GMC teamed with the City of Hoover to improve traffic flow of the existing interchange on I-65 at Valleydale Road. Roadway improvements included widening interstate ramps, widening U.S. Highway 11, traffic signal modifications and the installation of interchange lighting.

As a part of this project GMC also acquired the necessary right of way, obtained permits from the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, and coordinated with ALDOT and the FHWA to receive approval for the interchange modifications.
