Tuscumbia Tomorrow is a future vision for the city of Tuscumbia, Alabama. This comprehensive plan is a guide for future development in Tuscumbia over the next 10 years. This new plan establishes a shared vision for the city’s future and lays out a detailed step-by-step action plan to make that vision a reality.
From beginning to end, this comprehensive plan is the product of an iterative process spanning many months of research, design, community input and revisions. Following the planning process a zoning ordinance and development process update was enacted. The zoning update allowed the city to immediately act on the needed land use and site standard changes identified in the plan.
