Rachel is an experienced project manager and designer for a variety of occupancy and construction types from the initial planning stages through construction. She has lead a project team during the documentation and takes an active role during the construction phase. Rachel has experience working with specialty and graphics consultants, new construction, renovation projects and storm shelter design.
