Bob Gray manages one of the larger architecture departments in GMC, overseeing a team that designs projects across the Southeast of every type and size. He is especially adept at wearing a lot of hats and is the consummate multi-tasker able to juggle project budgets and schedules with equal amounts of humor and expert skill. Bob focuses heavily on client communications and quality control with high standards in detail and execution. As a department manager he mentors a team of professionals sharing his perspective and experience that has been honed over more than four decades. His experience covers a range of project types including educational, municipal, commercial, retail and industrial clients. Lately his expertise has led him to manage a wide variety of higher education projects that require coordination, team leadership and balancing multiple schedules between the design teams, clients and contractors.
