Along the Swamp Rabbit Trail in Unity Park, you will find GMC’s Greenville office. After celebrating the firm’s 15^th year in Greenville in 2022, our team members moved to a new office in the middle of the 60-acre park. At our core, we believe in “building communities,” and being in the center of the park allows GMC employees to be an integral part of the growing and thriving city. Our Greenville office was designed around our people at the forefront of every decision made. GMC brought new life into the 80-year-old, 10,000-square-foot office space by exposing brick, structural elements and wood roof deck while creating a 21^st century work environment with several spaces for collaboration. The office also features a shaded outdoor conference area, a green area to host events or games and a shower facility inside so people can ride their bikes, walk, or run any time throughout the day. Ranked among some of the top architecture and engineering firms in the GSA Business Report, GMC is proud to be part of the Greenville community.
