Leveling up: Auburn University enhances gameday experience at Jordan-Hare
October 3, 2024 · Projects
Across the country, college athletic programs are seeking creative new ways to better support their athletes, staff and supporters. Auburn University recently unveiled its latest upgrades to do just that.
Two new premium enhancements have been added to the Tigers’ Jordan-Hare Stadium just in time for the first kickoff of the 2024 season, including new field-level suites and a Locker Room Club designed by Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC).
With a premium seating waitlist of nearly 1,000, the University presented fans with six new field-level suites that sold out for the 2024 season within weeks of being announced. The enhanced field suites at the stadium, which were temporarily launched in 2023, are now permanent gameday fixtures in each end zone corner, with two in the southwest corner available for purchase on a per-game basis. The suites offer an unprecedented fan experience, complete with TVs, fans, high-top seating, drink rails and premium food and beverage offerings.
In addition, a 1940s-era storage space under the stadium was transformed into a new Locker Room Club, giving fans the opportunity to watch games from an exclusive standing room space along the east sideline. The one-of-a-kind field level experience is complete with TVs, merchandise and premium food and beverage offerings within a historic 1949 locker room space beneath the seating bowl.
