Kristen Hunt recognized as one of CentrAL Inc!’s top 40 Under 40

CentrAL Inc! named GMC’s Vice President of Finance as one of the River Region’s top young professionals

GMC Vice President of Finance Kristen Hunt has been selected as a member of CentrAL Inc!’s 40 Under 40 for 2024. She is being highlighted among a diverse group of inspiring individuals positively impacting the River Region.

Since joining GMC in 2007, Kristen has been a valuable leader and is always willing to serve and encourage others. In her role, she and her team are responsible for all of the firm’s financial dealings as well as finances for GMC’s subsidiary companies, which include more than 25 offices in 7 states. She also has been recognized for her leadership and dedication to the firm through GMC’s shareholder program.

Kristen is passionate about making a difference in her community including her work with River Region Alzheimer’s Association, Family Sunshine Center and various charities through GMC’s community service efforts, as well as being actively involved in her church. Kristen is also a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Kristen graduated from Auburn University at Montgomery with a Bachelor’s of Accounting and an MBA.
