Download the Plan Order form located in the Bid Advertisement below. Complete the form and return via email to celina.beck@gmcnetwork.com with a scanned copy of your plan deposit check. Check should be mailed to the Nashville, TN office of GMC - 3310 West End Avenue, Suite 420, Nashville, TN 37203. No credit cards are accepted.
The entire Project Manual does not have to be submitted with the Bid. Do not staple any portion of the bid, all documents should be submitted unbound.
It is understood that all or part of this project is being funded through a subaward from Morgan County, Alabama’s American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) award. Bidder agrees to comply with the requirements of section 603 of the American Rescue Plan Act, Pub. L. No. 117-2 (March 11, 2021) (the “Act”), regulations adopted by Treasury pursuant to section 603(f) of the Act, codified as 31 C.F.R. Part 35, and guidance issued by Treasury regarding the foregoing.
