GMC opened its Lutz office in April 2023 upon the acquisition of engineering firm Commercial Site Solutions (CSS). Located in the Tampa Bay Area, the team is focused on site planning and civil engineering design services for a wide range of developments including commercial, industrial, municipal, institutional and residential. The Lutz office represents GMC’s fourth location in Florida and further fortifies the firm’s presence in the Sunshine State.
